Taking the first step toward therapy can feel both brave and uncertain — and if you’re reading this, you’ve already started that process. My goal is to offer a space where you can exhale a little, feel heard, and begin to make sense of what’s been weighing on you.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, or healing from past experiences, I believe therapy is a place to better understand yourself and build the tools to move through life with more clarity and confidence. My approach blends evidence-based methods — like CBT, emotion-focused therapy, and internal family systems — with an appreciation for your own inner strengths and wisdom.
What matters most to me is that our work together feels collaborative and empowering. I see therapy as a partnership where your autonomy is central, and where genuine connection helps foster growth and change.
If you’re curious about what therapy could look like for you, I’d love to answer any questions and help you take the next step when you’re ready. You don’t have to do it alone — I’m here to walk alongside you as you explore what healing and self-understanding can mean in your life.

TREATMENT APPROACH

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
ACT helps you understand your own responses and emotions, even difficult ones, as part of the human experience. Through this framework you learn to accept and move beyond feelings that seem unwanted or unwarranted, and work to develop new ways of thinking to help you meet your goals.
Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT)
We'll work directly with emotion to help you make sense of your emotions, to tolerate and manage them, and to use them to meet your needs and goals. You will be helped to actively experience your emotions in the safety of the therapy session so that rather than avoiding or controlling your feelings, you can learn to use them as a guide to meet important needs and goals, including connecting with others in a healthy way.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
CBT helps you become aware of unhelpful or negative thinking patterns that may be creating issues in your life. It's a goal-oriented and problem-focused treatment that can be a helpful tool in dealing with challenging situations in a more effective way.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
This approach explores how different parts of your personality interact, with each sub-personality treated as a separate entity that has its own motivations, fears and desires. Often these parts are in conflict with each other. IFS aims to create harmony between these parts, so you can heal emotional wounds.
