Our 'Flex Member' scheduling provides each 60 minute client hour blocks, with 15 minutes before and after each one - allowing ample time for set up, note taking, and breaks.

Fully Furnished Offices

  • 7 warm and inviting therapy rooms with all the necessary ammenties 

  • room options for one-on-one counselling or couples/family therapy

  • secure high speed internet access 

Community Space

  • large common area available for breaks, consulting with colleagues, or for offering workshops, trainings, supervision groups, etc.

  • can comfortably seat up to 15 people

  • includes kitchen with full fridge and dishwasher

  • houses a library of shared resources

  • gender-neutral washrooms

Privacy & Security

  • offices and waiting area ensure client confidentiality

  • lockers are available to Fixed Member practitioners at no extra charge

  • building is equipped with a security system and keycode entry for ease of access
